Vaulted dream – TOTAL RENNOVATION
This family didn’t want to leave their neighborhood, so they bought a 1990s home around the corner – full of oak and brass, but with fantastic views. We worked with them on a modern but timeless design to transform it into the home of their dreams.
CottonBottom Contemporary – New Build
This is the second property where we partnered with this client. After outgrowing the renovation on their smaller house, they bought a plot of land and built a custom home that fit their style and provided space to entertain.
Canyon Meadow – New Build
This mountain retreat with sweeping views was custom built for a Boston couple moving to Utah. They were inspired by time spent living in India and wanted fun splashes of color throughout to go along with New England charm.
MID-CENTURY RENEWAL in Cottonwood Heights – Remodel
For this project we worked with a younger client who had a more modest budget. We were still able to deliver a striking design and bring this mid-century home back to life by changing small rooms into open spaces and making the valley views the focal point of the home.
